We did it again! We’re very excited to share we’ve made the Forbes Cloud 100 list, a ranking of the top private cloud companies in the world. We’re in great company, alongside inspiring private cloud companies (and Front customers!) like Miro, 1Password, and Carta.
For the eighth consecutive year, Bessemer Venture Partners has teamed up with Forbes and Salesforce Ventures to nominate the top 100 companies in the private cloud space for this award. The Cloud 100 evaluation process involved ranking companies across four factors: market leadership, estimated valuation, operating metrics, and people & culture.
Today, more than 8,500 companies rely on Front as a customer operations platform that enables teams to streamline communication and deliver exceptional service at scale.
Our mission has become more critical than ever. As our CEO Mathilde Collin believes, the meaning of customer operations has shifted in the wake of swift technological advancements, like generative AI, and economic headwinds. Front has emerged a key player in providing exceptional service that goes far beyond communication.
Just this past year, we’ve brought new power to our automated workflows that make escalations and handoffs between teams even more seamless. We launched context links, a feature that automatically recognizes any ID in your email and links it to the right system. This new level of integration between core systems is already saving our users a ton of time from context switching.
We’re not stopping there: we’ve just introduced our first ever Frontines event, happening on September 20, where we’ll unveil exciting new capabilities that help bring together the capabilities, context, and the automation teams need to provide consistent, high-quality service.
Making the Forbes Cloud 100 list again this year is a true testament to the hard work of our team, customers, and partners who believe in the importance of our mission and the future of Front. We can’t wait to see what’s next 🚀
